CLASSES & ONE TO ONE TEACHING
A variety of classes available to suit your needs, if you are a complete beginner I would recommend some "one to one" coaching sessions to understand the technical aspects of Pilates before you go into a class.
Progressive Pilates is for those transitioning from beginner to intermediate.
Intermediate Pilates is for those who have practiced Pilates for sometime and are developing the more intermediate movements and want an extra little challenge.
Seniors Pilates is designed for those over 65, we explore the same movements as in a progressive Pilates class at a gentler pace with a lot more stretching and mobility work.

DESCRIPTION
Pilates Beginners - 60 min
for those completely new to Pilates or haven't practiced Pilates for some years.
Pilates Progressive - 60 min
moving on from beginner working towards intermediate
Pilates Intermediate - 60 min
suitable for those who have practiced Pilates for sometime and are ready to explore the more intermediate moves and challenge themselves.
Pilates Mixed Ability - 60 min
a class with progressive and regressive movement options to help you progress at your own pace.
Pilates (seniors) - 60 min
suitable for those aged over 65 or for those recovering from injury.
